・ We accept returns or repairs only if the delivered product is initially defective or different from the one you ordered.
・ All inquiries regarding the delivered products will be made within 7 days after the products arrive.
・ Please note that we will not be able to accept returns due to customer's convenience or damage due to an accident during delivery.
・ When you return the product, we may not be able to accept it for the following reasons.
1) When the customer has made dirt or scratches
2) When there is more usability than at the time of shipment
3) When the condition when the product (including the box and accessories) is returned to us is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery.
・ The refund method differs depending on the payment method used when purchasing the product, so we will inform you when we receive the return.
